Spa Etiquette

At Nailed It! Aesthetics and Wellness Inc., we are committed to providing you with spa services and treatments that leave your mind and body feeling calm, rejuvenated, and relaxed. The policies outlined below are intended to help us deliver on our promise and provide enhanced experiences to all our clients.

Spa Etiquette

  • Schedule your treatments ahead of time to ensure availability and to help the spa staff prepare for your visit.

  • Arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment.

  • Should you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, we will make every effort to accommodate your service, without interfering with our next scheduled clients which may result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed.

  • If you are sick or feel unwell, please contact us at info@naileditaesthetics.com or call 519-588-6659, and we’d be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Deposit requirement

Services over $80 will require a 10% deposit at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is fully refundable as long as proper cancellation notice is given (outlined below).

  • If appropriate notice is not provided, the deposit will be used toward the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

At Nailed It! Aesthetics and Wellness Inc., we value you as a client and ask that you respect our cancellation policies.

  • Cancellation notice:

    • Single service: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling any single service.

    • Multiple services: For bookings with multiple services, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

    • Group appointments (3+ people): For group appointments/wedding parties, or events, if some or all people need to cancel, notify us at least one week in advance.

  • Cancellation fees: If appropriate notice, as outlined above, is not received, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services will be charged. No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of services.
